SQX

The SQX format is an open, free archive format, and can be used royalty- free in your own applications. The use of the provided on the home page SDKs, the source code and pre-built libraries is also connected with no license costs.

The SQX Archiver Archiver is a high performance, which was developed because there is hardly complete specifications to the usual Archivers. Just archive formats with very good compression performance or other characteristics such as repair data and strong encryption may be used in your own applications, if any, will only be used to unpack.
