Søren Busk

Søren Thomas Busk ( born April 10, 1953 in Glostrup ) is a former Danish football player.

Playing career

Busk began his career in 1973 at Glostrup IC. After three years in Glostrup, he moved in 1976 to Germany to Westfalia Herne. After three years in Germany Busk went to the Netherlands for MVV Maastricht. After another three years in the Netherlands we went to Belgium to KAA Gent. When KAA he won the 1984 Belgian Cup. In the 1985/1986 season he played again in the Netherlands at MVV Maastricht. In the next season he played one year in the AS Monaco in France. Then he tried one more year in Austria, the Wiener Sport - Club, before he trailed off in the following season at Herfølge BK his career.

Internationally, he played 61 times for Denmark and scored two goals. He participated in the 1984 European Championship in France, where Denmark was eliminated in the semifinals. He also participated in the World Cup in Mexico in 1986 ( from in the second round ) and at the European Championships in Germany in 1988 ( in the group phase) part.
