The Costa Riviera was until 2001 a cruise ship of Costa Cruises. The ship had 10 decks. It was built in 1963 under the name of Guglielmo Marconi. She was employed from 1963 to 2001 for cruises. From 1993 to 1994, the ship sailed as American Adventure. The ship was used by Costa Crociere and Bruce kidney castle. It was geared for cruises for American young families with children. Since this was not very successful, the ship was used for cruising again on September 1994 in Europe. In 2002 she was sold but for the purpose of demolition to India and for the crossing in Liberty: renamed ( German "Freedom ").
