Staatskapelle
Staatskapelle or State Orchestra is a part of the name of several major orchestras, most of which have their origin in the court orchestras of the royalty for which they recorded the local opera houses. They are later became state institutions. Even today, this orchestra are bound in most cases to the institution of the Opera; but they also occur as a concertante symphony orchestra.
