The Stade May 19, 1956 ( German stadium of May 19 1956 Arab ملعب 19 ماي 1956) is a multi-purpose stadium in the city of Annaba in northeastern Algeria. It was built in 1987 and has a capacity of 50,000 seats.
In 1990, the stadium next to the Stade 5 Juillet 1962 in Algiers was one of the venues for the African Cup. Here at the Stade May 19, 1956, a total of 7 games played, 6 of group games and a semifinal.
