U.S. Oyonnax

The Stade Charles- Mathon is a stadium in the French city of Oyonnax in the Ain department. It is located on the Cours de Verdun, on the southern edge of the city center and is the home stadium of the rugby union club U.S. Oyonnax which has been present since 2013 in the top league Top 14. The stadium can accommodate 8,500 spectators and also has an athletics track. Was opened the stadium in 1939; a renovation took place in 1983, an expansion in 2005. was named the stadium after Charles Mathon, who played in the 1920s and 1930s for the club.
