The Stade Alfred Marie -Jeanne is a sports stadium of the French overseas territory of Martinique. It is located in the municipality of Rivière -Pilote and is primarily used for football matches and athletics competitions. 3000 spectators see consistently covered seats. It is the after the stadiums Aliker Pierre, Georges Gratiant and Louis- Achille the fourth largest stadium in the Antilles island of Martinique.

History

The stadium was officially opened on 15 December 2001 with an international athletics meeting under the name Stade De Camée. From November 27 to December 1, 2010 here found group matches of the final round of the Caribbean Football Championship 2010. On 6 August 2011, the stadium was renamed " Stade Alfred Marie -Jeanne ". Alfred Marie -Jeanne is a 1936 born in Rivière -Pilote politicians of the Mouvement indépendantiste martiniquais (MIM ), which was from 1971 to 2000 mayor of Rivière -Pilote, 1998-2010 President of the Regional Council of Martinique and is currently a member of the French National Assembly.
