FC Martigues

The Stade Francis - Turcan is a football stadium in Martigues, Bouches -du -Rhône in the Provence- Alpes -Cote d' Azur in the South of France. Home team is FC Martigues. It is named after the former mayor of Martigues Francis Turcan ( 1912-1968 ).

First, the stadium had only a tribune, called Paradis, with 3,000 seats. The FC Martigues rose in 1993 in the first French league and the venue was renovated and expanded. It uncovered the three spectator stands Canal, east stand and the space provided for guests Westtribüne were added, increasing capacity to 11,500 spectators.
