The Stadio Arechi is the city-owned football stadium in the southern city of Salerno. The port city of Salerno is located in the eponymous province in the southern Italian region of Campania. It is the sporting home Salernitana Calcio. The name comes from Prince Arechi II back to the 8th century.

The construction of the stadium began in 1984, because the Stadio Donato Vestuti from the 1930s was too small and outdated.
