The Stadio Enzo Ricci is a football stadium in the Italian city of Sassuolo. It can accommodate 4,008 spectators and served the club until 2008 U.S. Sassuolo as homestead.

History

The Stadio Enzo Ricci in Sassuolo, a city with about 40,000 inhabitants in the province of Modena, was opened in 1972. With the opening of the use of the venue by the local football club, the U.S. Sassuolo began. Sassuolo played for many years in the lowlands of the unterklassigen Italian football, but took place in the past few years a rapid ascent.
