The Stadio Garilli 's a multi-purpose stadium with track and field facility in the northern Italian town of Piacenza in the homonymous province, Emilia -Romagna region. It is the sporting home of the football club Piacenza Calcio and is primarily used for football. The arena was opened under the name Stadio Galleana in 1969 and had approximately 16,000 seats. The first game took place between Piacenza Calcio and Torino FC on 31 August 1969. The cup match ended 1-1 draw.

In 1993, Piacenza Calcio was promoted to the Serie A. The stadium was renovated and expanded steel pipe stands in the corners, as stages in the Italian first division must have at least 20,000 seats. In January 1997, we renamed the stadium into Stadio Garilli, according to the President of the club who had recently died.

After serious rioting on 2 February 2007 in the game against Catania Calcio U.S. Palermo, policeman Filippo Raciti in which the was killed, more stringent regulations (Decreto Legge Amato ) has been adopted in the stadiums. Consequently, the capacity of the Garilli reduced to 17,821 seats.
