The stadium Aldo Drosina is a football stadium in Pula, Croatia, which offers 9,000 spectators. In this stadium, the Croatian football club NK Istra 1961 and NK Istra Pula times also complete their home matches.

History

The stadium was built in 1939 and named after the coach and soccer player Aldo Drosina 2003. It took its time about 6000 spectators.

In 2007, the NK Istra 1961 moved into the ŠRC Uljanik Veruda to the stadium. However, it did not meet the licensing terms of the Croatian 1st Division and thus the club moved in 2011 back to the stadium Aldo Drosina. In 2009, extensive renovations were started, completed in summer 2010 and opened with a friendly match against the Czech Republic of Croatia (final result 4:2 ). The stadium after reconstruction corresponds to the current UEFA criteria and now holds 9,000 spectators.
