Stadthalle Offenbach

The Stadthalle Offenbach is a multi-functional conference and event center in Offenbach am Main. The hall is the third largest venue in the Rhine -Main area and is used for events in the fields of conference, concert, exhibition, show, dance championships as well as public and business-related events.

History

The town hall, which can accommodate up to 4,000 guests, was inaugurated on 21 May 1966. From the beginning designed as a multi -purpose hall, the hall for various purposes could be used, for example for the Handball Bundesliga games of the SG Dietz Bach or the recording of television shows such as Zum Blauen Bock. Until the late 1960s, 30 shipments of Beat Beat Beat was recorded with artists such as The Kinks, The Troggs and The Animals in the City Hall.

In the 1970s, various international top stars appeared in the hall, and made it known throughout the region, including bands such as Deep Purple, The Who, as well as the Jackson 5 with Michael Jackson. Location

The town hall is located in the south of Offenbach, in Tempelsee district and is well connected transport. It is accessible via the city bus lines 101 and 104 of the Offenbacher Transport Authority ( OVB). Directly opposite a continuous open park and ride parking space with 250 spaces.
