Stan Efferding

Stan Efferding ( born November 6, 1967 in Portland ( Oregon)) is an American bodybuilder and powerlifter.

Life

After the Cambria Heights High School in Patton, Pennsylvania, finished, he decided to study psychology at the University of Oregon. Since 1988 he was a competitive bodybuilder and was Mr. Oregon in 1991. A year later, he reached the 6th place at the Jr. USA contest.

In 1997, he stopped for a certain time on, to operate bodybuilding competitively and went into the private sector.

In 2010 he became ' World's Strongest Professional Bodybuilder ' is selected.

He is 183 cm tall and his competition weight is 125 kg.
