Stanislav Andreski

Stanisław Andrzejewski ( born May 8, 1919 in Częstochowa, † 26 September 2007 in Reading ) was a Polish sociologist.

Andrzejewski was arrested in 1939 during the invasion by the Soviet Union; He managed to escape to England, where he fought as a soldier in the British- Soviet side.

In German-speaking countries it is through his book " The Warlock of Social Sciences. Abuse, fashion and manipulation of science "has become known, in which he deals critically with the social sciences. Andrzejewski taught in Chile and Nigeria in sociology and was followed from 1964 to 1984 professor at the University of Reading.
