Stanislav Strnad

Stanislav Strnad ( born December 17, 1930 in Prague, † April 5, 2012, ibid ) was a Czech film director.

Life and work

Strnad studied from 1950 to 1955 directing at the Film School in Moscow, then returned to Czechoslovakia, where he was music and entertainment programs implemented on behalf of the National television. In the late 1950s, the work eventually led him as an assistant at two Soviet- Czechoslovak production for the feature film. He made his debut with the strip A lock for Barbara as a director for feature films, but then returned back to television. In 1975, he staged with My brother has a great brother should follow a feature film, the more movies again.
