Stanley R. Tupper

Stanley Roger Tupper ( born January 25, 1921 in Boothbay Harbor, Lincoln County, Maine, † January 6, 2006 ) was an American politician. Between 1961 and 1967 he represented the state of Maine in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Stanley Tupper attended the public schools of his home, including the Hebron Academy. He then studied at Middlebury College in Vermont and at La Salle Extension University in Chicago. During the Second World War, he served from 1944 to 1946 in the U.S. Navy. After studying law and its made ​​in 1949 admitted to the bar, he began practicing in his new profession.
