Staré Křečany

Stare Křečany ( German Alt Ehrenberg ) is a municipality in Okres Decin in the Czech Republic.

History

The town was first mentioned in 1084. From 1850 he was part of the judicial district Schluckenau.

Community structure

The municipality consists of the villages Stare Křečany Nové Křečany ( New Ehrenberg ), Brtníky ( Zeidler ), Panský ( Herrenwalde ), Kopec ( Hemme Hubel ), Stare Křečany (Alt Ehrenberg ) and Valdek (forest area ). Basic settlement units are Brtníky, Kopec, Panský I, II Panský, Stare Křečany and Valdek

The municipality is divided into the Katastralbezirke Brtníky, Kopec, Panský and Stare Křečany.

Traffic

Stare Křečany has a station on the railway line Rumburk - Mikulášovice, the former North Bohemian industrial railway.
