As a motionless stare look is called without blinking.

Prolonged staring is detrimental to the eye for several reasons: it may be too dry, the natural nystagmus ( imperceptible eye movement ) is hindered, and the mobility of the eye muscles may decrease. For a few seconds staring at a precisely fixed goal, however, is normal and is also a deliberate practice of the so-called eye exercises

Occupational medicine is meaningful stare as a result of sedentary sitting in front of the screen, in that it can lead to a decrease in blink frequency up to under five blinks per minute here, which favors the formation of dry eye with the consequent discomfort.

Most go stare at the screen work well with too few movements of the neck and the back hand in hand, which often leads to tension and back pain. For this reason, we recommend a short work break at least every hour.
