State government

As the state government is defined as the top collegiate government and administrative bodies of the constituent states of a federal state or autonomous authorities of a decentralized unitary state.

Since the member states in Switzerland are not referred to as countries but as cantons, the Swiss analog Name Canton government. The concept of state government, however, is in Switzerland a common definition of the Bundesrat.
