State Water Register

The waters code ( TMC) is an identifier, all waters are numbered with the in Russia. Assign it is established by the State Water Register ( ГВР ), one by arrangement (No. 253) of the Russian government on 28 April 2007 Facilities.

In the version of 29 March 2009, almost 150,000 watercourses ( streams, rivers, canals, ditches ) and standing waters ( lakes, reservoirs, ponds ) listed.
