The free artist Richard Sifkitz is overweight and has a disturbingly high cholesterol. His doctor shows him the heavy lifting that needs to make his body so, his body to rid by visual comparison with a small group of workers that strives round the clock of excess baggage. This is Richard so impressively that he paints as he imagines this group workers after one of their busy days. The painting he manages to one of his best pictures and encourages him to give the men even name and fantasize their resume.

Richard presents to his diet and buys the titular exercise cycle. In order not to get bored his training, he paints a broad way to the wall as he radele through a forest. Gradually, he lost so much in this fantasy that he believes to actually go on this dirt road.

He dreams one night, one of the workers, Carlos, had shot himself because he did not earn enough money to Richards life change. Since this dream, Richard looks at his travels, he can not turn as an addict, followed by the other workers. As they put it, they demand that he should take them into consideration by him eat normally again.
