Stefan Metz

Stefan Metz ( * October 15, 1951 in Kaufbeuren ) is a former German professional ice hockey player.

Career

Stefan Metz began his career as a hockey player in his hometown ESV Kaufbeuren, for the first team, he was active from 1970 to 1973 in the Hockey League. He then played five years for its league rivals Berlin Schlittschuhclub. With the Brussels residents he won the German Championship titles in the seasons 1973/74 and 1975/76. Following the season 1977/78 he already finished his career.

Internationally

For Germany Metz took part in the Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck in 1976, where he won the bronze medal with his team.
