Stefan Nemirovski

Stefan Jurjewitsch Nemirowski (Russian Стефан Юрьевич Немировский, English transcription. Stefan Nemirovski, born 29 July 1973) is a Russian mathematician.

The 2007 Habilitation (Russian PhD ) is a mathematician at the Steklov Nemirowski Institute. He also teaches at the Independent University of Moscow and is a visiting scholar at the Ruhr- University Bochum.

Nemirowski deals with topology and complex analysis and replaced with modern techniques such as the Seiberg -Witten theory some old problems over submanifolds in complex spaces.

In 2000 he was awarded the EMS price.
