Stefan Prein

Stefan Preinsfeld ( born October 27, 1965 in Wuppertal ) is a German former motorcycle racer.

Preinsfeld in 1985 on German Casal road champion in the 80 cc class. In 1989 he won on Honda the title in the eighth liter class in the German Championship.

Between 1988 and 1995 launched Preinsfeld in the Motorcycle World Championship. His most successful year he had in 1990 when he finished in third place overall in the 125 cc class on Honda behind the Italian rider Loris Capirossi and Dutchman Hans Spaan. This year he was the Grand Prix of Yugoslavia in Rijeka celebrate the only Grand Prix victory of his career.
