Stefan Šćepović

Stefan Šćepović (Cyrillic Стефан Шћеповић; born January 10, 1990 in Belgrade, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian football player who is under contract with Sporting Gijon and plays for the Serbian national team.

Career

In 2011 he joined the Israeli club Hapoel Acre. A year later he joined the Partizan Belgrade, where he scored eight goals in 19 competitive games. In the winter transfer period in 2013, he moved back to Israel, and indeed on loan to first division club MS Ashdod. There, he scored six goals in 13 league games. There was a brief return to Partizan, then again in the Spanish Segunda División on loan sends him to Sporting Gijon on 17 July. There he had at the beginning a good start, because he is the first player in the Spanish second division history to have each of the first five league games of the season scored at least one goal.

On February 29, 2012 Šćepović made ​​his international debut in the Serbian national football team in a friendly against Cyprus.
