Steinhäger

The Steinhäger is a flavored with juniper spirit. Its name comes from the East Westphalian municipality Steinhagen between Bielefeld and Halle (Westfalen ) on the southern slopes of the Teutoburg Forest.

There developed in the second half of the 19th century, a total of 20 home distilleries, the water and juniper juniper oil manufactured. In Brazil, a Steinhäger is produced by the distillery Doble W since 1962.
