Stephan Mögle-Stadel

Stephan Mögle - Stadel ( born December 21, 1965) is a German journalist and author.

Life

Mögle - Stadel spent several semesters studying education, psychology and history. In 1989, he refused to do military service. After his recognition as a conscientious objector, he made a community service internship at the UN in New York. After termination of the psychology and history studies, he trained as a journalist at the Axel Springer Group and the Academy of Journalism. After that he wrote as a freelance journalist for several newspapers. As a travel journalist, he reported, inter alia, from Egypt, Israel, India, Japan and the United States. He then worked in the field of human rights and globalization issues for NGOs and since 1998 honorary board member of the World Citizen Foundation New York. At times, he served as Chief Executive of the now-defunct Association WFM Germany eV

Mögle - Stadel has edited and authored several books. The thematic focus are globalization, United Nations, Global Governance, futurology and psychohistory. In 1999 he published a biography of Dag Hammarskjöld. Mögle - Stadel is a member of the International Erich Fromm Society of Social Psychology.

His first book, the novel " The Black Sun of Tashi Lhunpo " he published in 1991 under the pseudonym Russell McCloud.
