Stephanie Ullrich

Stephanie Ullrich ( born July 29, 1984 in Bad Saarow ) is a German football player. The goalkeeper played for the Bundesliga first FFC Frankfurt and the German national women's team.

Career

Ullrich began her career with the FV Kickers Trebus. Initially it was used in midfield and in attack. At the age of 13, she became goalkeeper by chance. In a game the Stammkeeperin injured. Only reluctantly took on the Ullrich post, but could not get it. About Union Fiirstenwalde she came to 1 FFC Turbine Potsdam. There she stood still in the shadow of Nadine Angerer, so they moved to the newly promoted VfL Wolfsburg 2006. In Wolfsburg, she became a regular player. In January 2007, she was first invited to the senior national team and drove to the Four Nations tournament to Guangzhou ( People's Republic of China). Since the strain goalkeeper Silke Rottenberg injured in training, Ullrich came to their first match against China. Another followed against England. A month later, she went with the national team to the Algarve Cup and completed matches against Norway and Italy.

For the season 2007/ 08 changed Ullrich 1st FFC Frankfurt. There, her contract ran until the summer of 2011.
