Stephen Pearson

Stephen Pearson ( born October 2, 1982 in Lanark ) is a Scottish footballer who is since 2012 under contract at Bristol City.

Career

By 2004, Pearson played at FC Motherwell. In Motherwell Scotsman completed 80 league matches and scored twelve goals. From 2004 to 2006 he played for Celtic FC (56 games, 6 goals), where he was 2006 champion Scottish Football League and Cup Winners' Cup and 2005 Scottish Cup winner. In January 2007, he joined Derby County and the club rose straight into the Premier League on. On 28 March 2008 he joined for a short Leihphase until the end of the 2007/08 season at Stoke City.

On 4 November 2011, he moved on loan to Bristol City. After his termination of contract in Derby, he signed on 6 January 2012, an agreement in Bristol.
