Steve Beaton

Steve Beaton ( born April 5, 1964 in Coventry ) is an English darts player, who won the 1996 BDO World Championship.

Beaton has several nicknames, but most call him "The Bronzed Adonis" or " Magnum". Other successes Beaton were the reach the finals of the European Darts Championship 2009 where he defeated Phil Taylor 3:11. Beaton also won the Winmau World Masters in 1993 or the Dutch Open in 1995 and 1996. During the PDC World Championship 2011 Beaton already retired in the first round against Mark Hylton with 2:3 from. He lives with his wife Nannete.

Currently, he is ranked 21 of the PDC Order of Merit.
