Steve Riley (drummer)

Steve Riley (born 22 January 1956 in Revere, Massachusetts) is an American musician who in the 1980s as the drummer for the rock band WASP and L. A. Guns became known.

Biography

Steve Riley was born in Massachusetts. When he saw the drummer Gene Krupa on TV as a child, he decided to also be a drummer. With the band Roadmaster 1976 he played the eponymous debut, before he left the band.

With the band The B'ZZ he played in 1982 also a debut album Get Up. After a brief stint at Keel he finally got in the summer of 1984, the offer, Tony Richards at WASP to replace. In addition to the home video Live At The Lyceum 1984 Riley is ... to listen to the albums The Last Command (1985 ), Inside The Electric Circus (1986 ) as well as the live recording Live In The Raw (1987 ) before he leaves the band and goes to the LA Guns, where he still drums today.
