Steven Jay Russell ( born September 14, 1957 in Virginia Beach ) is an American con artist and impostor who has escaped several times from prison. He has received numerous nicknames, including, for example, "Houdini " and "King Con " ( "King of the swindler "). His IQ should be 163.
