Steven Knight

Steven Knight ( born 1959 in Marlborough, Wiltshire, England ) is a British writer, known for his work on several television series.

Besides he also wrote the screenplays for Eastern Promises - Eastern Promises, and under observation.

His film Dirty Pretty Things earned him an Edgar Allan Poe Award for Best Motion Picture Screenplay and a London Critics ' Circle Film Award for a Best British Writer of the Year.
