Steven Lee

Steven Lee ( born August 6, 1962 in Falls Creek, Victoria ) is a former Australian alpine skier.

Lee was a participant at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, in Calgary in 1988 and 1992 in Albertville. From 1982 to 1991 he also took part in all five World Championships. His best result he achieved in the 1989 World Series in Vail with the eighth place in the Super -G.

Lee is the second of three Australians who previously could win a World Cup victory. He won on March 3, 1985 Super -G in Furano ex aequo with the Swiss Daniel Mahrer. In his career, he was able to prove eight other top-10 places. In 1992 he ended his active career and became a TV commentator and co-editor of an Australian magazine.
