Steven Price (composer)

Steven Price ( born April 22, 1977 in Nottingham, England ) is a British film composer.

Career

Price has been active since 1996 in the film business. As a music editor was involved in major film productions, including Batman Begins (2005 ), the film trilogy The Lord of the Rings (2001-2003), Mr. Bean's Holiday (2007 ) and Paul - An alien on the run ( 2011).

With Attack the Block, he was known from 2011 as a film composer, before that, he wrote the music for two TV movies. For the music for the film Gravity, he was awarded the 2014 Academy Award and the Critics' Choice Movie Award and was nominated for a Golden Globe.
