Stevns Municipality

Stevns municipality is a municipality in the Danish region of Zealand, which was created in the wake of the recent local government reform in 2007 from the merger of the municipalities Stevns and Vallø. It is located south of Copenhagen on the Danish island of Zealand and main covers most of the Stevns Peninsula. Seat of administration is Heddinge in store.

Stevns municipality has a total population of 21 818 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013) in the municipal district with an area of ​​250.10 km ², the following villages are more than 200 inhabitants ( byer as defined by the Danish Bureau of Statistics ), had for a registered population of zero the place in the past more than 200 inhabitants:
