Stewart Haslinger

Stewart G. Haslinger ( born November 25, 1981 in Ainsdale, Sefton ) is an English chess master.

Haslinger conquered or occupied top positions in several tournaments: 2nd - 5th Place in the British Championship in 2005 in Douglas, 2nd place behind Marat Dzhumaev the South Wales International in Caerleon (2007) with Haslinger's third Grandmaster norm, 1st - 4th Place at the Open in Benidorm (2008 ), 1 -2. Place in the South Wales International in Pontypridd (2009), 1st - 3rd Place at the Essent Open in Hoogeveen (2008), 1st place in the Open in Palma de Mallorca ( 2008), 1st - 4th Place at the Open in Hilversum (2009) and 1st place at the Unive Open in Hoogeveen ( 2009).

In the British Four Nations Chess League Haslinger played in the 1998/99 season in the first team of the Barbican Chess Club in the season 2002 /03 at Perceptron Youth, in the 2004/05 season in the North West Eagles, 2005-2007 at 3Cs Oldham, in the season 2009/10 Pride and Prejudice and in the 2012/13 season at Cheddleton. In the German Chess Bundesliga since 2009 he plays in SG Trier.
