Stillach at Birgsau

The Stillach is a 23 km long mountain stream and the southern and central source river Iller in the Allgäu Alps, Bavaria ( Germany ).

Course

Your source is located near the southernmost point of Germany, where it arises as Haldenwanger creek near the Haldenwanger gon. To the north of its origin of Bach centimes Alpbach is called and from Einödsbach he called Stillach (also called Stillachtal ) which then flows through the Birgsautal towards Oberstdorf. The Oberstdorf basin flows through the Stillach in the West. On Iller origin north of Oberstdorf it unites with the Breitach (left ) and the Trettach ( from the right) to Iller.
