Stillwater County is a county located in the state of Montana in the United States. The the county seat ( county seat ) is located in Columbus.

The racial the population was composed of 96.82 % White, 0.13 % African American, 0.70 % Native American, 0.21 % Asian, 0.02 % Pacific Islander residents from the and 0.94 % from other races groups; 1.18% were descended from two or more races. 2.01% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
