Stine Bredal Oftedal ( born September 25, 1991, Oslo) is a Norwegian handball player.

Oftedal began seven years playing handball at Nit- Hak Nittedal. In 2005, she won with Nit- Hak the Partille Cup, the largest youth handball tournament in the world. As of 2007, the backcourt player played at Fjellhammer IL. At the age of 16 years she was employed at Fjellhammer IL in the Elitserien and scored in the 2007/ 08 season total of 50 goals in 16 games. After Fjellhammer 2008 relegation from the Elite series, they joined the first division Stabæk Håndball. Her younger sister Hanna plays now also at Stabæk. Since the 2013/14 season she played in the French first division side Paris Issy HB.

Oftedal gave on 26 November 2010 her debut in the Norwegian national team. A few weeks later she took part in the European Championship with Norway. In the course of the tournament, won Norway, she was removed from the squad and replaced by Linn Jorum Sulland. With the Norwegian selection, she won the World Cup 2011. 2012 she won the runner-up in the European Championship. The Norwegian continued to participate in the World Cup 2013.

Oftedal previously belonged to the squad of Norwegian youth and junior selection. With the junior selection, she won 2010 World Cup.
