Stine Larsen

Stine Larsen ( Stine Elisabeth Larsen, born November 5, 1975 in Bergen) is a former Norwegian long-distance runner.

She was fourth in the Route du Vin 1999. The following year, she won at the World Cross Country Championships in Vilamoura on the short distance to 49th place, was second in the 20 van Alphen, won the Göteborgsvarvet, was second in the Route du Vin and Twelfth at the World Half Marathon Championships in Veracruz.

In 2001 she defended her title at Göteborgsvarvet. In her debut on the 42,195 -km distance was third in 2002 was the Amsterdam Marathon. In 2003, she won the Turin Marathon and came in the marathon of the World Athletics Championships in Paris / Saint- Denis on the 17th Place.

With a fourth place at the Hamburg Marathon 2004 she qualified for the marathon in the Olympic Games in Athens, where she broke in on rank 24. In 2006 she was Twelfth London Marathon.

She was Norwegian champion in the half marathon and cross-country running in 1999.
