Stockholm Environment Institute
The Stockholm Environment Institute ( SEI short ) is an international research institute for environmental issues. The Institute works in environmental and development issues at local, national and global level. It has offices in Stockholm, York, Oxford, Tallinn, the United States, in Bangkok and in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania ).
The SEI was founded in October 1989 by the Swedish Government. The aim of the Institute is to bring together policy and science in terms of sustainable development. The Institute prepares analyzes for decision makers.
