Stonewall is a settlement in the U.S. Gillespie County, Texas. It is the birthplace of former U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson (1908-1973), who served from 1963 to 1969.

The settlement was named after the Confederate General Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson, and calls itself a Peach Capital of Texas (peach capital of Texas ). The traditional cultivation of peach trees was started in the 19th century by German settlers.
