STP Airways

STP Airways is the national airline of São Tomé and Príncipe based in São Tomé and based on the São Tomé airport.

STP Airways was established on 18 August 2008. Majority shareholder is currently the Portuguese Euro Atlantic Airways. In 2012, 51% of STP Airways were taken over by the Angolan private airline Sonair. The company, like all airlines in the country on the list of operating bans for the airspace of the European Union.

The company flies to Lisbon from São Tomé in Portugal and Luanda in Angola. As of April 2014 no aircraft are registered on STP Airways. Euro Atlantic Airways operates two Boeing 757-300 at times in their name.
