Stra is a town with 7644 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the region of Veneto, Province of Venice, in Italy.

The adjacent communities Dolo, Fiesso d' Artico, Fosso, Noventa Padovana (PD ), and Vigonovo Vigonza (PD).

Attractions

In road is the country seat of the Venetian Pisani family, the Villa Pisani. It was built in the 18th century on the banks of the Brenta, designed by Girolamo Frigimelica that have been changed by his successor Francesco Maria Preti. The Vila contains, among other frescoes by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo and his son Giovanni Domenico Tiepolo, Andrea Brustolon and Mengozzo Colonna.
