Strapačky

The Sztrapacska is a strongly saturating Hungarian court Slovakian origin, which is often served as a side dish or as a standalone program based on a soup.

It consists of pasta, cheese (usually feta cheese ), sour cream, bacon and possibly onions. The preparation may differ considerably (from small noodles to cam) in the ratio of ingredients, type of cheese, the dough composition and size of the pasta.

When using many small noodle -like dumplings that Sztrapacska may resemble Swabian cheese noodles.
