Strongyli (Greek Στρογγυλή ( f sg ) ) is a small uninhabited Greek island in the far east of the Dodecanese prefecture.

Strongyli is about five kilometers east of the island of Kastelorizo ​​to its municipal area it includes, and is the easternmost island of Greece. It is only two miles from the Turkish coast.
