Strzelce-Drezdenko County
The powiat Strzelce - Drezdenecki ( German: Peace mountain Driesen ) is a powiat ( county ) in the Polish Lubusz Voivodeship. The county has an area of 1,248 km ², on which about 50,000 inhabitants. It was created on 1 January 1999.
The existing 1945 Prussian district Friedeberg Nm. comprised largely the same territory as the present powiat Strzelce - Drezdenecki.
Communities
The powiat includes five municipalities,
Three urban and rural communities;
- Dobiegniew ( Woldenberg )
- Drezdenko ( Driesen )
- Strzelce Krajeńskie (Peace Mountain )
And two rural communities;
- Stare Kurowo (Alt Karbe )
- Zwierzyn ( New Mecklenburg )
