Stuart Conquest

Stuart Conquest ( born March 1, 1967 in Ilford ( London) ) is an English chess player.

Stuart Conquest won in 1981 at the age of 14 years, the World Youth Championships U16. 1985 FIDE awarded him the title of International Master in 1991 the Grand Master title. In 1997, he was a British chess master. 1995 and 2000 he shared first place in Hastings. In 2001, he won a highly occupied grandmaster tournament in Clichy. In August 2008 he won the British Championship.

National

Conquest participated in the Chess Olympiads in 1996, 2002, 2006 and 2008, with the English team. In European Team Championships, he was one in 1999, 2001, 2007 and 2009 to the English selection.

Chess club

In the British Four Nations Chess League Conquest played in the 1993/94 season at the Barbican Chess Club in the season 1995/96 in Bristol, in the season 1997/98 in Slough and plays since 1999 Guildford A & DC. He won the competition in 2004, 2007, 2008 and 2013. In the German Chess Bundesliga Conquest played from 1986 to 1989 at SC Kreuzberg, 1995-1997 PSV / BSV Wuppertal, in the 1997/98 season at SV Castrop -Rauxel, 1998 to 2000 when Delmenhorster Chess Club and from 2001 to 2003 by the Lübeck chess club in 1873, with whom he was in 2002 and 2003 German team champion. In the French team championship (until 2003 National I, then Top 16 ) Conquest played until 2005 in Clichy Echecs, for the seasons 2005/ 06 and 2007/ 08 in Montpellier Echecs. The Dutch Meesterklasse he won in 1997 and 1998 with Panfox / De Variant Breda.
